How to useThis site is designed to serve as a searchable resource for those seeking 'high adventure' trips where 'high adventure' is defined to be any trip that is beyond that typically attempted by the unit. In addition it is hoped that a selection of suitable high adventure 'shakedown hikes' will become available for crews training for attendence at a national high adventure base such as Philmont, Double H or Northern Tier.

There are three levels of users recognized - Guests for whom no registration is required; Contributors which must register and who can contribute new trips and comment on existing trips and Editors who are contributors with additional priviledges to edit and approve trip submissions from their council. Council's outside of Chester County are invited to participate as many trips are suitable for multiple councils.
